Sunbelt-mechatronics diaphragm dispensing valves are designed to handle a wide range of media, from low to high viscosity, including reactive, abrasive, and chemically aggressive fluids.

These low-maintenance valves employ a flexible NBR diaphragm with a PTFE coating to effectively seal the fluid passageways from the pneumatically actuated section, ensuring only the media comes into contact with the wetted parts, which are constructed from stainless steel.

The adjustable snuff-back effect provides precise control over material dispensing. The valve seat and needle are crafted from hard carbide steel, enhancing durability and extending the valve's lifespan.
