Sunbelt Mechatronics, One-Shot Chamber Needle Valves: Easy Dispensing
These valves are made to dispense liquids, from thin to thick. They have a smart two-part design that keeps the liquid separate from the moving parts, so the valve needle always moves smoothly. A special seal prevents leaks around the needle. You can easily control the amount of liquid dispensed using a simple screw.
How it Works:
- Filling: When air pressure is applied to one port, the needle lifts up, and the valve fills with the liquid.
- Dispensing: When air pressure is applied to a different port, a piston pushes the needle down, squeezing the liquid out. Once the needle reaches the bottom, it seals the opening, stopping the flow.
