The K-MIX is a compact mixing device designed for precise 1:1 ratio mixing of materials like LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber). Piston pumps driven by a reliable electric linear motor ensure accurate dosing. Material can be directly fed from either 20-liter (5.3 gallons) or 200-liter (52.8 gallons) original container. Product Features – Specification

Material Handling : Piston pumps transport material directly from original packaging - either 20-liter (5.3 gallons) or 200-liter (52.8 gallons) drums. Both versions are available, the only difference being the diameter of the exchangeable pressure follower plate. These pumps are driven by electric actuators.

Pump Reinforcement : The pumps are equipped with reinforced pneumatic pressure. Mixing Control: A special screw volume counter behind each piston pump precisely controls the mixing ratio.

Static Mixer : The two components are then mixed in a special static mixer, which can be flushed with one or the other component as needed.

Optional Paint Dispenser : A paint dispenser can be optionally retrofitted from the pressure vessel.

Control System : The typical control system used is a PLC with a color touch screen.
