Needle Dispensing Valves: Precision Fluid Control

Sunbelt Mechatronics needle dispensing valves are designed for precise control of low—to high-viscosity fluids. By adjusting the needle's position relative to its seat, you can regulate the size of the outlet orifice, thereby controlling the material's flow rate. When fully closed, the needle forms a tight seal against its seat, aided by an adjustable packing set.

A Unique Design for Reliability: The valve's two-part construction—a material and a pneumatic part—ensures optimal performance and safety. This separation prevents any potential material leakage into the actuating air cylinder, which could lead to a valve malfunction.

Enhanced Control: For added precision, the valve can be equipped with an electrical needle motion control, allowing for even finer adjustments to the dispensing process.
